The Roast Hog team offering spit roasts, hog roast and lamb roast catering and barbeques. The pork that we use comes from Blythburgh Farm in Suffolk. We use ingredients that are produced in a wholesome way. Free range pork and lamb, English apples. We serve our hog roast in ciabbatta rolls with roquette, home made apple sauce and a piece of the crackling. We marinade our hogs with a Tuscan porchetta mixture of fennel, rosemary, garlic, spices and extra virgin olive oil.

What is Axe Racing? In a nutshell it's using razor sharp axes in competition to simulate the falling of a tree, and cutting it into lengths. Demonstrations include: Tree Climb; using boards then cut top off, Standing Block; cutting through a length of timber in the fastest time. Chainsaw demos include article making.
