We are a brass and reed band, which includes concert, marching and fieldshow performances. The band also has a colour guard section which enhances marching and fieldshow performances. We look to attend carnivals, festivals, parades and open days. Please contact us with youre event details.

We operate a modern mobile coffee unit selling high quality speciality coffee and teas including Lavazza coffee, Twinning’s tea and Suchard hot chocolate. To complement out drinks we also offer a range of Panini with various fresh fillings, delicious pastries and a variety of cold drinks.

Covering Scotland we provide a fully licensed mobile bar hire service for all types of occasions, events and venues. We have created a unique and fantastic range of contemporary, some say "eccentric" cheeses for everyone to enjoy. From our cheeses, relish and chutneys we look to attend a wide range of county shows, food festivals and markets all over the country, we're happy to take last minute event bookings.

Function Catering
We offer a complete catering service for functions and parties, weddings, VIP and corporate events. We have a broad selection of menus and equipment allowing us to meet the needs of all our customer. Catering services include BBQ and A La Carte catering, buffet catering and chocolate fountain hire.

Hog Roast Catering
We offer a complete service including starters and desserts if required. Our hog roasts are served hot straight from the spit unlike some of our competitors and we used only the finest local meats and products. Professionally trained uniformed staff to carve and serve. Various packages available.

Rodeo Bull Hire
The rodeo bull is operated by one of our fully trained staff who will also encourage and motivate all your guests to ensure the success of the event, keeping everyone entertained. Choose from rodeo bull hire, childrens rodeo bull, surf and snow board simulator plus Reindeer for festive events.

Side Show Games
For the best and most traditional fun fair games why not hire our beautifully presented side stalls with their bright colours and traditional games that will give your event a real atmosphere. Choose from coconut shy, hook a duck, ball in bucket, hoopla, splat the rat, cactus lassoo and stocks.

Fun Food Equipment Hire
Our range of fun food machines are a must at any event and come with staff to serve or you can dry hire. The nostalgic traditional candy floss machine is perfect for all kinds of events, and children and adults alike will like our freshly popped popcorn stands or why not try our ice cream trolley with soft scoop flavours.

School fete organisers told they cannot use shredded paper for lucky dips as this contravenes health and safety laws.
Issue
The enquirer has heard from two different people organising school fetes that they are looking for polystyrene packing pieces for their school lucky dips as apparently they are not allowed to use shredded paper or tissue paper as this contravenes health and safety laws.

Panel decision
There are no health and safety laws which prevent the use of shredded paper or tissue paper in lucky dips. It is hard to imagine what "risk" people might believe is associated with using shredded paper but it seems a rather extreme example of risk aversion.
