With our outside catering service, we'll help you create an event that will be remembered for its delicious West Indian food, West Indian caterers and excellent customer service. We'll provide amazing Caribbean cuisine, served and prepared by our highly trained and uniformed staff, Caribbean food can be served in buffet format or with waitress service depending on type of event.

As an option, food can also be served from our unique themed Caribbean Food Shack, the food shack is a fully branded themed 3.5m x 4m gazebo specifically designed by us. The Food Shack comes complete with all cooking and serving facilities, it can be used inside or outside, giving your event that "Wow factor". To add to this we can have our limbo dancer and steel band / calypso band playing alongside our food shack, giving you a full on Caribbean experience.

Covering the North West we provide the finest espresso based drinks made from high quality beans hand roasted in Cheshire. Highly trained, experienced baristas will delight visitors with delicious flavoured specials, luxury hot chocolate and a proper cup of tea all served from our compact fully self-reliant mobile coffee car.

Covering the South West we are an independent business and from our bespoke cart we serve quality, ethically sourced speciality coffee, teas, hot chocolate, soft drinks, homemade cakes and pastries including gluten dairy free options. In summer we serve iced coffees/teas and milkshakes. Our cups are all biodegradable.
