Requirements: We would like a uniformed band (12-18 members including two able to do a fanfare for entry of our VIPS) and to play for approx 40 minutes whilst guests go into dinner, stop for approx 25 minutes and then play during main course. Timing would be set up to start playing at 7.50pm - 8.30pm - fanfare at 8.30pm. Play again from approx. 9pm to 9.45pm during main course (quieter music) and finish by 10pm.
