KINGSTON SPRING GROVE MORRIS WELCOMES YOU

Kingston Spring Grove Morris is a mixed team of Cotswold morris dancers and musicians from Kingston-upon-Thames. We run an active and varied programme of events throughout the year, most events taking place between April and September. From October to April we have weekly practices where we learn new dances and work on our current repertoire. We all have a role to play within the team and we have elected officers to keep us in order. Our last practice of 2024 will be on Monday 15 April. We welcome new members at any time, but from mid-April through to September we will be dancing out in and around Kingston - see our programme page. Contact us to find out more about joining our team as a musician or dancer, or booking us for an event.

We have an associated men's reunion morris team, Spring Grove Morris Men, formed in 1977 and named after the area of Kingston-on-Thames where they were formed and where we still practise today. We also maintain close links with several local morris teams from various traditions and often dance out with them at local events and pub tours.

Each year we make donations from our funds to our nominated charities. Thanks to everyone who makes this possible - whether by showing your appreciation of our entertainment by putting money in the Lucky Morris Potty as it passes or by booking us for paid events.
