Secure the elastic strap around your head and place the eye mask gently over eyes.

Ear Plugs:
With clean hands, roll the earplug between your fingers, until it is a thin crease free cylinder. Pull the top of your ear up and back with your opposite hand to straighten out your ear canal. The rolled-up earplug should slide right in. Hold the plug in place until it begins to expand and fills the ear canal. To remove, ease gently and slowly from the ear.
