Whatever type of event you are holding whether it be a summer fete or county show, providing adequate food
and drink facilities are a most important and essential part of organising any

Careful positioning of your mobile caterers close to where key activities are
taking place will greatly enhance your event and provide event goers with easy
access to refreshments and snacks during any interludes in your event program of
activities. Try to provide where possible flat areas with adequate space for
queuing customers, litter collection and perhaps an area where people may sit,
using straw bails as seats is a possible idea to consider.

Clearly mark out your catering pitches
If you are having several mobile caterers attend your event and want them in place well before the event starts make sure that
all catering pitches are clearly marked out. Use quick drying white spray paint on grass or chalk on tarmac to mark out corners of pitches, name
or number and draw an arrow to which way the mobile caterer will need to face their unit
to serve your event goer's.
