| Umami is a
complete mobile coffee shop serving everything sold by a high street coffee
retailer from a fully mobile van without the need for water or power supply.
Umami offers superb espresso based drinks, 100% fruit smoothies, frappes,
paninis, hot wraps, soup, premium sandwiches & baguettes. We are ideal suited to
small & medium sized outdoor events & exclusive or remote areas at larger events
and are available on weekday evenings, weekends & public holidays. |

| Hot drinks
include cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, specialty teas, hot chocolates topped with
fresh cream & chai lattes all served to the highest standard with a choice of
milk (including soya milk). A range of freshly blended smoothies are made with
pure fruit & fresh fruit juice and are extremely healthy & taste delicious. Our
product range can be tailored to any event with premium branded drinks & snacks,

| The van is
fully mobile and self sufficient with an onboard generator and water supply &
our wireless handheld network enables the crowds to be served quickly &
efficiently. All employees are friendly, enthusiastic, fully trained in hygiene
and very experienced as baristas (espresso bartenders), trained by Union
Hand-Roasted. During weekdays Umami operate serving all our products to offices
