4 Commando are a group who are interested in the Second World
War 1939-45. We collect the uniforms of the Army Commandos and spend our
weekends attending 1940's re-enactment events up and down the country,
demonstrating and explaining about the uniforms and kit to the general public. |

displays, using the particular skills of a selected group to large battle
re-enactments involving over 1,000 members. From living history displays to

gained a reputation of hard fighting soldiers in many battles of

Own is a campaign re-enactment regiment of crack troops in
Wellington's Army that excelled at close quarter hand-to-hand
fighting. We do not require as much "spit and polish" as some
other units but perform a first class battle and drill display. |
