MORRIS MEN - MORRIS DANCERS - MORRIS DANCING

Adlington Cheshire. Tel 01625 827988 Formed in 1964, the Morris men of Adlington have earned an excellent reputation for dancing and now perform a full programme throughout the spring and summer. Their Morris dances are drawn mainly from those originating in the Cotswold and surrounding villages.

Wigan Lancashire. We are Morris dancers who are the only traditional Morris dance team to perform Morris dance entirely in a circular formation. The dancers wear a 1901 costume with straw boaters and Morris dance at town centre venues, fetes, galas, pubs and private events. Contact us for booking information.

Tel 0161 226 7968 We are a women's traditional Morris dancing team and our dances are mainly collected from Cheshire traditions of the beginning of the 20th Century. Our costume is green and white stripes and with dance in green clogs and accompanied by our musicians.

Costume consists of white shirts, black breeches, flower-decked hats, blue and gold baldricks, centred by a badge showing the Liver Bird.
